I’ve been scammed
I have been charged and I didnt authorize this company to charge my account. I paid a 1.00$ to buy a ticket for a chance to win a pallet.
So I could sale it and hopefully make money. I dont know what this is. I keep getting hit with 100.00$ That this company is trying to get from me. Twice now.
You have taken 34.00$ from my account which was money for my phone bill.. I dont know how this happened??? I really need my money back. Im a single mom and wouldnt sign up for this because I cant afford it.
This is ruining my life. I could loose my job if my account gets closed..please stop. I dont have that kind of money. Please return my money.

Deceptive ads
I need to lose weight. There was an ad on Facebook for Ketomax.
When I ordered there were 4 offers to choose from and a clock ticking giving me 4 minutes to complete the order. I chose the 1st offer. What I understood to be a 35.00 charge on my debit card turned into 225.00. When I called to complain I was informed that there is a 60 day trial period and that I would need to wait till August for my concerns to be addressed.
They refused to cancel or even change the order. So now I am going to receive 6 bottles of a product I know nothing about when I only wanted 1. The company has several toll free numbers that all go to the same recording. 833228****.
888263****. These are two of them. Please let me know if there is any way to resolve this issue.

I live in Canada. What the ad SAID I was ordering and what I received were totally different.
And yes, what should have been around $75 turned into over $300! I called (on hold forever and racked up a substantial long distance bill) and was told I had to wait 90 days for a return. They absolutely would not handle this by email and I was told to call 833.228.9767. No way, not again so I went on a live chat from their website.
That process was painful too, but at least they have sent me an email for the return. I will repackage, pay for shipping AND signature confirmation AND the restocking fee... IF this goes well, it will have cost me around $100 - for NOTHING.
I might as well have just flushed the money down the crapper! I only hope they DO issue a refund.

Yup me too! I emailed them to cancel as soon as I saw the massive amount I had been billed - was told I had to call - cant from UK went onto their live chat with a lady called Donna who could not have been ruder or less helpful same thing 60 days etc then pay for them to take it back I am now dealing with my bank to get my money back !
Has anyone had a refund after shipping the goods back? This just happened to my wife.. 200 euro gone!
